As a pioneer of community-based teams in Japan, the team was established in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, in 2009. In addition to racing activities, the team engages in “sports education and safety awareness campaigns through cycling, as well as community revitalization activities.” Led by FENG Chun Kai (Taiwan), Ruben ACOSTA (Colombia), OKA Atsushi, and SAWADA Shigeo, who also competes in off-road racing, the team competes in UCI races both domestically and internationally.
