With the mission of promoting cycling culture in Hiroshima and the Chugoku region, the team was established in 2015 as the first professional team in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions. Since 2020, it has been competing as a UCI Continental Team. The team is led by Benjamin DYBALL (Australia), a former overall winner of the Tour de Langkawi, and features a mix of domestic and international young talents.
