Established in 2023 with the goal of becoming the first Japanese team to compete in the Tour de France and reach the podium, the team is based in Italy and began operations in 2024. In addition to top Japanese riders, the team includes promising young talents from Europe and Africa. In the UCI World Ranking, the team is competing for the top spot among UCI Continental teams.
