Founded in Guam in 2011 as a club team, the team began competing as a UCI Continental Team in 2020. The team is currently composed of riders primarily from Guam, France, Canada, and Australia. While unfamiliar with races in Japan, the team competes in UCI races around the world, including Asia, Oceania, Europe, and North America.
